Please go to the booking site from "Book Now" on each program. Dates you cannot select in the calendar are not scheduled for that program. Depending on circumstances we may be able to arrange them, so please contact us.

We will let you know whether the program will run within 3 business days of your booking, or by 1 week before the program at the latest. If the minimum number of participants is met and your booking is confirmed, we will send confirmation within 3 business days. If it is difficult to run the program — for example because the minimum number has not been reached — we will let you know by email. We may also contact you to discuss changing the date.

Most programs can be enjoyed together with children aged 5 and over. In some cases children under 5 can also join, so please contact us.

You can book from 1 person. However, the minimum number for departure is 2 to 5 people depending on the program, so if there are no other bookings we will have to cancel. In some cases we can run it for 1 person for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.

You can take photos on all programs. However, some facilities or instructors may restrict photography. Our staff will let you know on the day.
Languages

Yes, you can. Most programs are accompanied by a guide or staff who speak English or Chinese. Please select your preferred language when booking, and also check the supported languages for each program. We may be able to support languages other than English and Chinese, so please ask us in advance.

About each program

The lines are basically in Japanese, but we provide a script with romaji readings. A professional voice actor instructor and a guide will also talk you through pronunciation and timing, so you can enjoy dubbing even if you are not confident in Japanese!

This is a paid option. We will hand over all the audio data recorded during the session. If you would like it, please purchase it as an option when booking. You can also buy it on site on the day (credit card or cash). We will email you a download link for the audio data within approximately 5 business days.

Yes, solo participants are very welcome! However, because the session involves dialogue between several characters, we confirm departure once we have bookings for 3 or more people.

Hair styling and make-up by a hairdresser are available as an option. Please be sure to apply for the option when booking. As prior discussion is required, we cannot accept requests on the day. We will email you afterwards to confirm the look you have in mind. Depending on the request, it may not be possible, or an additional fee may apply. If you would like a wig or colored contact lenses, please bring your own.

Please wear underwear so that the costume does not touch your skin directly. For hygiene reasons we do not rent socks or shoes. If you already have a costume in mind, we recommend bringing your own socks and shoes. For example, if you want to wear a school uniform or a maid outfit, white socks and loafers will complete the look down to your feet. Many travelers wear sandals with bare feet in summer and boots in winter, so please keep this in mind.

After the professional photographer has finished editing, such as color correction, we will email you a download link for the photo data within approximately 5 business days.

We hand over roughly 30 to 40 photos. Please note the number may vary slightly depending on the number of participants and how the day progresses.

We stock a wide range from SS to 3L (mainly M to LL). If you have any concerns, please let us know when booking.

Yes, you can! Until the 15:30 return time, you are free to shop, take purikura and go café-hopping around Ikebukuro in the uniform. You can leave your belongings in a free locker at the studio.

We stock uniforms from CONOMi, a popular Japanese uniform brand, in a wide range from SS to 4L (mainly M to LL). If you have any concerns, please tell us your size when booking.

Yes, families are very welcome! We walk at a comfortable pace and focus on spots children can enjoy too, such as gachapon, arcades and maid cafés.

Yes. The tour price includes the maid café entry fee, the meal, one drink and one stage (a live performance by the maids).
