Hello from Abracadabra Tours!

This time we're reporting on “Check in to the anime world!”, a special pop-up event we held at Tokyu Stay Ikebukuro.

Check in to the anime world! Easy Cosplay in the Hotel Lobby

This collaboration event was free of charge and open exclusively to staying guests. We set up a special corner in the hotel lobby so that guests could step straight into the world of anime as soon as they checked in.

Cosplay isn't something most people get many chances to try, but the moment guests slipped on a costume they liked, their faces lit up. Visitors from overseas and guests from Japan alike became the character they admired in an instant and had fun taking photos.

Halloween Decorations Throughout the Hotel, Produced by Abracadabra Tours

On top of the pop-up cosplay experience, Abracadabra Tours also took charge of producing the hotel's Halloween decorations from end to end.

The special decorations stayed on display after the event, right through to Halloween itself, welcoming the many guests who visited the hotel. We helped create a space that put the whole hotel in a Halloween mood.
