To book an experience, simply click “Book Now” on the program page you'd like to join. You'll be taken to our booking site, where you can check availability and make your reservation. If your preferred date isn't available on the calendar, it may not be a scheduled operating date. However, we may be able to arrange a session depending on availability, so feel free to contact us and ask!

We'll do our best to confirm your booking as soon as possible! If the program meets its minimum number of participants, we'll send you a confirmation within 3 business days of your booking. If the minimum number hasn't been reached or we're unable to run the program as planned, we'll let you know by email no later than one week before your scheduled date. We may also contact you to discuss alternative dates if needed.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the program. Please check the cancellation terms when making your booking so you know what to expect.

The meeting point varies by program. You'll find the exact location on the booking site, so please be sure to check it before your experience.

If you think you might be late, please call the emergency contact number provided in your booking information email as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist you. Please note that if you miss the meeting time and are unable to join the program, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, and we won't be able to offer a refund.

You don't need to bring anything special for most of our experiences! If there's anything specific you'll need, we'll let you know when you make your booking.

There's no general dress code, so feel free to wear whatever you're comfortable in! For our cosplay experiences, please check the “About Each Program” section below for any specific recommendations.

Luggage storage options vary by program. If you'd like to store your bags during your experience, please contact us in advance so we can let you know what's possible.

Absolutely! Most of our programs welcome children aged 5 and over, making them a great way to enjoy an experience together as a family. In some cases, younger children may also be able to participate, so please contact us to check before booking.

You can make a booking for just one person! However, the minimum number of participants required for a program to run varies by experience, typically ranging from 2 to 5 people. If the minimum isn't reached and there are no other bookings, we may have to cancel the session. In some cases, we may be able to arrange a session for just one person for an additional fee. If you're interested in a solo experience, please get in touch with us for more details.

Of course! You're welcome to take photos during our programs. However, some venues or instructors may have restrictions on photography. Our staff will let you know if any restrictions apply on the day.

Absolutely! Most of our programs include an English- or Chinese-speaking guide or staff member, so you can enjoy the experience even if you don't speak Japanese. When booking, please select your preferred language and check which languages are available for your chosen program. Need support in another language? We may be able to accommodate your request, so please contact us in advance and we'll see what we can do!

Our main supported languages are Japanese, English, and Chinese. If you'd like assistance in another language, please contact us in advance. We'll be happy to check whether we can accommodate your request.

The scripts are primarily in Japanese, but don't worry if you're not confident in the language! We provide scripts with romaji (Japanese written using the Latin alphabet) to help you follow along. Your professional voice actor instructor and guide will also help you with pronunciation and timing, so you can have fun dubbing the scenes even if you're new to Japanese!

Yes! You can purchase the recorded audio data as an optional add-on. Simply select the option when booking, or ask our staff about purchasing it on the day (credit card and cash are accepted). We'll send you an email with a download link for your audio data within approximately 5 business days after your session.

Of course! Solo travelers are welcome. Our voice acting sessions feature dialogue between several characters, so we need bookings for at least 3 participants before we can confirm that a session will run. If you're booking on your own, we'll let you know whether the session can go ahead based on the other bookings.

Yes! Professional hairstyling and makeup services are available as optional add-ons. Please select the option when making your booking, as we need to discuss your preferences with you in advance and can't accept requests on the day. After your booking, we'll email you to discuss the look you'd like to achieve. Depending on your request, we may not be able to accommodate every detail, and additional fees may apply. Wigs are also available as an optional add-on, so please request one when booking if you'd like to use one. If you'd like to wear colored contact lenses, please bring your own.

Please wear underwear so that the costume doesn't come into direct contact with your skin. For hygiene reasons, we don't rent socks or shoes, so if you have a particular look in mind, we recommend bringing your own footwear and socks to complete your outfit. For example, white socks and loafers are a great match for a school uniform or maid outfit! Many visitors also choose to wear sandals in summer or boots in winter, depending on the season.

Our professional photographer will edit your photos, including color correction, after the session. We'll then email you a download link for your photos within approximately 5 business days.

You'll receive approximately 30–40 edited photos from your experience. The exact number may vary slightly depending on the number of participants and how the session goes.

We offer a range of costume sizes from SS to 3L, with most of our stock in sizes M to LL. If you're unsure whether we'll have a suitable size for you, please let us know when booking, and we'll be happy to check!

Absolutely! You're welcome to head out and explore Ikebukuro in your school uniform before returning by 15:30. Why not enjoy some shopping, take purikura (Japanese photo booth pictures), or visit a café while you're in the area? You can also leave your belongings in a free locker at the studio while you're out exploring.

We offer uniforms from CONOMi, a popular Japanese school uniform brand, in sizes SS to 4L, with most of our stock in sizes M to LL. If you have any concerns about sizing, please let us know your size when booking so we can check what's available.

Absolutely! Families with children are very welcome. We explore Akihabara at a comfortable pace, with stops at places that kids can enjoy too, such as gachapon capsule toy shops, arcades, and maid cafés. It's a fun way for the whole family to discover this unique part of Tokyo!

Yes! Your tour price includes the maid café entry fee, a meal, one drink, and one stage performance featuring the maids. You can sit back, enjoy the experience, and get a taste of Japan's unique maid café culture without worrying about these additional costs.

We're sorry, but the maid café cannot accommodate food allergies. Vegetarian options are available, however. If you have any dietary concerns, please contact us before booking so you can make an informed decision about whether the experience is right for you.

Possibly! It depends on the timing and availability of the café you'd like to visit. If you have a particular anime title or collaboration café in mind, please contact us in advance, especially if you're interested in a private plan. We'll do our best to arrange an experience that suits your interests, subject to availability.

Absolutely! No previous experience in martial arts or athletic training is needed. Our instructor will guide you through the basics at a comfortable pace, so both children and adults can enjoy learning new techniques and trying out some impressive samurai movements. Everyone is welcome, whether it's your first time or you're simply looking to try something new!
